IF YOU ARE NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE, YOU MAY RETURN YOUR ITEM(S) WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Please follow our care guide for ever lasting jewels.
We are happy to repair most manufacturing faults. Please e-mail an image of your damaged jewellery to ririandlou@mail.com to discuss possible options. Repairs will not be accepted after 365 days of its original order date.
EXCHANGES.
If you want to exchange for a different item of the same value, please e-mail ririandlou@mail.com for an exchange form within 14 days from purchase. Please note, we don't cover shipping costs for exchange orders.
